Shipping policy

Wendy Hill Designs accepts online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. We provide FedEx shipping as a complimentary service on every order. Because you jewelry piece(s) will be hand crafted to order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Items on special order, especially diamond engagement rings, may take longer.

All FedEx Air shipments have a 2-day duration. You will be provided with tracking information on your parcel so you can follow your jewelry to your door. All shipments include complimentary insurance coverage and require a direct signature for delivery.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Wendy Hill Designs jewelry pieces are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@wendyhilldesigns.com or call toll free at 888-4-WENDY-H.

You may cancel any Wendy Hill Designs order within 24 hours of submitting it online. After such time, it cannot be cancelled.

It is our desire for you to be completely satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase.
